Stain Magic is a powdered additive used to get rid of biological stains from molds and mildews. The product is extremely concentrated . Only 1 to 2 ounces of the powder is used per gallon of cleaning solution. It can be used in plain water but most professional cleaners add it in their Universal Vinyl or Fabric Cleaner cleaning solutions. This way while the cleaning contractor is getting rid of the dirt and grime with the cleaner, they are also help getting rid of the biological satins at the same time.

Release is one our most popular heavy duty spot cleaners. It contains no water. The formulation is designed to go after the the worst organic residues such as tree sap, paint, roof tar, baked on automobile pollution, and those black condensate drip lines that run down the awning. Release is very easy to use. Simply wipe it on the spot . Let it penetrate and soften the spot. Then take a towel and wipe off the spot. Then do your general water based cleaning.

Safe Scrub is a powdered scrubbing additive. You add 1 to 2 ounces of Safe Scrub to a gallon of your cleaning solution. It is composed of microscopic scrubbing particles. These particles when moved over the surface, help slice through baked on accumulated dirt and grime that builds up on awnings when not cleaned a a regular basis.

Universal Maintenance Cleaner is used a lot by professional building site cleaning contractors. It is an all around surface cleaner. Most professional cleaning contractors don't want separate cleaners for each type of surface their crews clean. This cleaner has been designed to clean industrial fabrics as well as sidewalks, driveways, building exteriors, tile work, and most exterior building parts. It comes only in concentrated form. To reconstitute simply add 3 gallons of water per gallon of Cleaner concentrate. After reconstituting Maintenance Cleaner dilute it with water to obtain the cleaning concentration for the job.
